We use your personal information to respond to your enquiries and provide our services; to process payments and manage your account; to send you important service-related communications; to improve our website and services; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Our legal basis for processing is: your consent when you submit a form or make a purchase; the performance of a contract when we provide services to you; and our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business.

We use the following third-party services that may process your personal information: Supabase for secure database storage of enquiries and orders; Paystack for payment processing; and email services for communication. Each of these providers maintains their own privacy policies and security measures.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Enquiry data is retained for 3 years. Order and payment records are retained for 7 years as required by South African tax law. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.

You have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your information (subject to legal obligations); object to the processing of your information; and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforeg.org.za.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Our website uses SSL encryption. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Cookies
Our website uses only essential cookies necessary for the website to function. These include session cookies required for Supabase authentication and Paystack payment processing. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect website functionality.
